Impakt’s 500-Day Streak Legend: Verena

Meet the woman who cracked the code on nourishment, and never looked back.

Some journeys don’t begin with inspiration. Sometimes, they begin with a challenge you never asked for. The kind that feels like punishment, until it becomes purpose.

That’s how it started for Verena.

The Challenge

She didn’t come up with it.
It was the final requirement in her yoga therapy training. One practice. Every single day. For 80 days. No breaks. No catch-up days. Miss one, and you start over.

At first, it felt rigid. Unforgiving. Like a test that didn’t care if you were tired or sick or just not in the mood. But somewhere around day 50, something shifted.

“That’s when my warrior kicked in. This wasn’t about alignment. This was about showing myself what I’m made of. Grit. Dedication. Zero excuses.”

And that version of her didn’t stop. Not at 100-day. Not even at 500.

Through rain and wind in Australia. On ferries, in campgrounds, airports. At dawn on a mountain in Italy, near the David statue. The practice came with her, wherever she went.

“I had never done anything for 1000 days…” she said. And she decided to make this the first thing. 

On March 4, 2024, Verena completed her 1000th consecutive day.

So she didn’t follow the hype. She followed her instincts. She studied Ayurveda. Yogatherapy. Voice-based energy healing. Detox methods. Over ten certifications. Thousands of hours. Not to hack her body, but to understand it.

The result? She lost 10 kg without starving. Her energy came back. Her skin cleared. Her cravings disappeared.

And she began helping other women do the same.
